Accreditations
ETA is proud to be associated, approved or audited by the below organisations and networks. Accreditations are monitored continuously and are indicative of the quality standards we uphold at ETA.
BIFA
BIFA is the trade association for UK-registered companies engaged in international movement of freight by all modes of transport, air, road, rail and sea. BIFA has around 1400 corporate members including ETA, known generally as freight forwarders, which offer a wide range of services within these various modes.

JOSCAR
JOSCAR is a collaborative tool used by the aerospace, defence and security industry to act as a single repository for pre-qualification and compliance information. Using JOSCAR can determine if a supplier is “fit for business”. ETA passed and has since maintained accrediation to uphold JOSCAR’s industry-wide recognised standards since 2024.

AEO

Internationally recognised as a mark of quality, an AEO status effectively demonstrates that your role within the international supply chain is secure, and that your customs controls and procedures are efficient and compliant. ETA is proud to demonstrate these attributes within our operations, to the benefit to our clients and suppliers.
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 is the current version of ISO 9001 and it provides a set of standardised requirements for a quality management system (QMS) which ETA is proud to adhere to. With over 1,000,000 organisations currently certified to the standard globally, it is the foreleader in not only quality management systems, but within all management systems. ETA is proud to be ISO certified and implement the quality standards which are internationally recognised with this accreditation.

Environmental Objectives
ETA is always seeking ways to reduce its CO2 footprint year on year through in-house carbon reduction initiatives. Negating our impact on the environment is best achieved by reducing what we use and emit.
Reducing our negative impact on the environment is part of the culture at ETA and is part of our Kaizen (continuous improvement) program. We are always seeking for innovative ways to reduce our CO2 footprint and focus not only on in-house initiatives but also operations which help promote best-environmental-practice for our customers and their operations.
Implement robust recycling programs and reduce overall packaging to minimize the environmental impact of products.
Waste Reduction and Recycling:
Data management to drive change:
Produce and monitor key CO2 data from importers & exporters to drive and educate on change and continuous improvements.
Pollution Prevention:
Modify production processes to emit fewer pollutants to minimize the negative impact on air, water, and land.
Energy Conservation and Efficiency:
Increase the use of renewable energy sources where possible across forwarding suppliers, and improve energy efficiency in operations to reduce the company’s carbon footprint year on year.

Supply Chain Focus: We are working to reduce our CO₂e footprint
Over recent years, ETA has worked to reduce our CO₂e footprint in regard to Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, and we will set new goals for how we can move forward. We are also working with our clients to collaborate and reduce both their and our emissions, not only through ongoing engagement but with detailed Co2 reporting of shipments and emissions from our dedicated supply chain platform.
A business that makes nothing but money is a poor business.
