BIFA is the trade association for UK-registered companies engaged in international movement of freight by all modes of transport, air, road, rail and sea. BIFA has around 1400 corporate members including ETA, known generally as freight forwarders, which offer a wide range of services within these various modes.
JOSCAR is a collaborative tool used by the aerospace, defence and security industry to act as a single repository for pre-qualification and compliance information. Using JOSCAR can determine if a supplier is “fit for business”. ETA passed and has since maintained accrediation to uphold JOSCAR’s industry-wide recognised standards since 2024.
