Ahead of the holiday weekend, our team was tasked with securing dedicated trucking capacity and coordinating multiple collections across different locations. With tight domestic transport capacity, speed and precision were essential.
Our operations team moved quickly to lock in the required trucks, align schedules, and maintain full control of each movement from the moment the cargo was collected.
